7 years as a “professional”
6 years old is my “baby”
5 the size of our household
4 the size of the family I thought we would have (God thought differently)
3 amazing offspring
2 beach chairs (the kids don’t get their own until they can carry them to the beach by themselves)
1 more year until I get over the pain of being 40

For whatever reason, I've been thinking a lot about when I was younger this week (and I have a whole 'nother post to be written about realizing what a little brat I was!) and that led me to thinking about, well, what I wrote... It was odd to realize I am so far from where I thought I would be, but not unhappy with where I am... (Sure, there are PARTS I would change, but on the whole I am happy) - and how much of my life can really and truly be attributed to me, my personality, my choices, etc - NOT to some outside force, however much we (I) sometimes like to blame something else for the way things have turned out...
Anyways, now *I* just wrote a book on YOUR post ;)
